The Tree Frog

Frogs that live near water and that climb trees have suckers on their fingertips. The Forest Green Tree Frog has large suckers on their fingertips to lay their eggs on trees, this is a rare type of frog living in Japan.

Females mix their mucous membranes with pond water stored in their bodies to create foams, and then lay eggs in the foams. The tadpoles that grew up in the bubbles fall into the pond with the rain and start a new life. The new life that begins after falling from the sky feels a bit dramatic.
