Nanahoshi-tentou | Seven-spot Ladybug

The Seven-spot Ladybug always looks cute. The white spots on the chest (head) look like eyes, but the actual eyes (compound eyes) are located between a large white dot and a small white dot. I think one of the reasons it looks so cute is because its color scheme is similar to that of a panda. Despite their cute appearance, they are carnivores and often eat aphids, their favorite food.

When they reach the tip of the leaf, they spread their wings and fly away

Larvae also love aphids.
Aphids provide protection from ladybugs in exchange for nectar for ants.

Although larvae and adults look different, they use their bodies in the same way.
